- Obtained $4.1 million summary judgment on a breach of contract claim for a boutique consulting and advisory firm focused on mergers and acquisitions (S.D. Tex.).°
- Briefed, argued, and obtained dismissal with prejudice for a major oil and gas company on jurisdictional grounds on the eve of trial (218th District Court).°

- Catalyst Strategic Advisors, L.L.C. v. Three Diamond Capital SBC, L.L.C., 93 F. 4th 870 (5th Cir. 2024). Court of appeals upheld district court’s $4.1 million grant of summary judgment in favor of boutique consulting and advisory client, rejecting application of procuring-cause doctrine to commission-based contract.
