Justyna Szwech has wide-ranging experience in structuring projects and has been active in many well-known, high profile real estate transactions on the Polish market. Justyna has advised international clients since the early 1990s on real estate and infrastructure projects. She represents institutional and private investors, developers, banks, energy companies, state agencies, landlords and tenants and has drafted and negotiated various kinds of agreements including sale and purchase agreements and commercial leases.

  • Represented Ghelamco in the transaction related to the sale of the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels located in The HUB complex in Warsaw to the French real estate fund Corum XL managed by Corum Asset Management.
  • Advised Union Investment in connection with the acquisition of the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Warsaw.°
  • Advised in the negotiations of a management agreement for the Radisson hotel in Gdańsk.°
  • Advised Union Investment in connection with the acquisition of the Radisson hotel in Kraków.°
  • Advised Groupe Louvre in drafting and negotiating franchise agreement for the Premiere Classe and Campanile hotel chains.°
  • Advised banks in connection with financing and refinancing of the Marriott hotel in Warsaw, Hilton in Warsaw, and Park Inn in Poznań.°
  • Advised an investor in connection with the acquisition of the Sheraton hotel in Kraków.°
  • Advised a developer in connection with negotiations of lease agreement of a hotel in Warsaw with an international hotel chain.°
  • Represented Cromwell Property Group in connection with the sale of a real estate portfolio consisting of six retail centers located in Warsaw, Szczecin, Wrocław, Łódź, Toruń and Bydgoszcz to Star Capital Finance. The value of the transaction amounted to EUR 285 million.
  • Represented GLP Poland in the acquisition of two logistics warehouses in Janki near Warsaw. The properties have a total area of 37,600 sq. m.
  • Represented PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the real estate aspects of the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW. 
  • Advised Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction is EUR 121 million.
  • Advised Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. and Polkomtel sp. z o.o. in connection with the real estate aspects of the sale of a 99.99% stake in Polkomtel Infrastruktura, a subsidiary of Polsat Group, to Cellnex Poland sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Cellnex Telecom S.A., Europe’s leading operator of telecommunications infrastructure. The value of the transaction exceeded PLN 7 billion.
  • Advised a South Korean fund K-Trust, managed by JR AMC, in the acquisition of the Feniks office building, located in the Wola district of Warsaw.
  • Advised Vantage Development in connection with the sale of the Delta 44 office-retail complex in Wrocław.
  • Advised Centrum Haffnera Sp. z o.o. in connection with the sale of the Centrum Haffnera commercial and service complex in Sopot, Poland.
  • Advised Amstar/BBI in connection with the acquisition of the Złota 44 residential building in Warsaw.°
  • Advised Union Investment in connection with the acquisition of the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Warsaw.°
