Raymond Jed Cruz Singson

Raymond (Ray) Singson is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Las Vegas office. He focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters including emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he was an associate for a prominent Los Angeles law firm where he represented companies across various industries, including restaurant, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, entertainment, media, and technology. Previously, Ray was an associate at a well-known Silicon Valley law firm where he represented companies on matters such as private financings, public offerings and public company disclosure and reporting.
