Jordan Luczaj focuses his practice on regulatory matters involving federal and state securities and insurance laws. He counsels insurance companies and financial services clients on retail insurance products including universal life, term, and accelerated benefit riders, as well as institutional products including group annuity, group life, and stable value products for funding employee benefits. Jordan’s experience extends to the development and marketing of these products, including drafting offering memoranda and disclosure documents.

While earning his J.D. and LL.M., Jordan worked as a law clerk in a large firm’s financial services regulatory practice group.
