Todd H. Girshon, an employment law litigator, has been practicing workplace law for more than 30 years. Todd is actively involved in litigation and has represented employers across the nation in various legal forums including jury trials, bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, and other proceedings.
His legal experience covers a broad range of employment-related claims such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower allegations, compensation and employee benefits disputes, wrongful termination, contract breach, tort, restrictive covenant, trade secret, and unfair competition. In addition to his litigation work, Todd also provides assistance with preventive workplace law matters, investigations, and the development and implementation of human resources policies and practices. He also provides advice on daily workplace law issues to assist employers in managing their workforces.

Todd’s practice encompasses the financial services, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and hospitality sectors. He offers tailored advice to address the unique workplace issues these sectors face. Throughout his career, he also has worked with employers in a variety of other industries, including insurance, fashion, health care, private equity, transportation, professional services, nonprofit, sports, education, PEO, and staffing.
