Dan Elrod focuses on commercial real estate transactions involving properties across the United States. His practice encompasses a wide range of real estate matters, with a focus on the representation of debt funds, life insurance companies, and other institutional lenders in the origination of mortgage loans secured by properties in all asset classes. Dan’s finance experience also includes loan modifications and workouts. Additionally, he represents institutional investors with acquisitions, dispositions, and the formation of real estate joint venture agreements.
In the sports and entertainment sector, Dan was part of a team that represented an NBA franchise in the development and financing of a new arena, parking structure, practice facility, and public entertainment plaza. He has also been involved in transactions concerning the financing of an NHL arena and the construction and financing of an MLS stadium.
