Natalie Carter is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's London office. Natalie has a broad range of experience of acquisitions, financing (raising both acquisition and development finance), property management, development agreements and disposals. Natalie also acts for lenders providing both senior and mezzanine financing for mixed use assets.

  • Advised on the acquisition facility of £73,500,000 facility agreement to fund the deferred consideration in respect of the acquisition of a site in Kensington.
  • Representation a family owned business based in Belgium in its first transaction in the UK on its purchase of a logistics site in Suffolk for an acquisition price of excess of £20 million with acquisition and development funding facility in excess of £50 million.
  • Advised on the acquisition of the Valentine student accommodation facility in East London. 
  • Advised on the acquisition of the Touchwood Shopping Centre.
  • Advised The Ardent Companies in its acquisition of the retail centre at The Royal Exchange and continuing asset management.
  • Advised on the acquisition of a student site in Leeds with a GDV in excess of £100 million.
  • Advised on the acquisition and financing by DBS Bank, 99 Gresham St., for £143 million.°
  • Advised on the £1.15 billion sale of The Leadenhall Building (The Cheesegrater) to CC Land, a Hong Kong listed property company.°
  • Advised on the acquisition of Emmatown Properties Ltd, owner of 67 Lombard St., London, EC2, for £129 million and related financing by the DBS Bank.°
  • Advised Sinar Mas Land on the purchase of 33 Horseferry Road for over £188 million and financing provided by OCBC.°
  • Advised on the acquisition of Aldwych House for £250 million.°
