Mary Katherine Andrews is a member of the Environmental Practice and the Water Law Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office.
She represents public and private clients on an array of environmental regulatory, permitting and litigation matters as well as transactional support and due diligence. She advises on environmental assessment and liability matters, complex regulatory and jurisdictional issues, state and federal administrative rulemaking and appeals, climate change and renewable development, energy and infrastructure projects, mineral rights and mining matters, water quality matters, air quality matters, hazardous materials contamination, and other compliance and enforcement cases.
Her practice also focuses on water related transactions, litigation matters, and related administrative proceedings involving the adjudication of water rights, changes of water rights, water rights disputes and appeals.
