Ashia D. Adams has experience advising a wide variety of clients including private equity investors, developers and institutional landlords and tenants across the office, industrial, mixed-use, retail and hospitality space. She has broad experience dealing with multifaceted real estate transactions, including the property elements of corporate and finance transactions. She undertakes a variety of commercial real estate work including investment focused property acquisitions, forward funded development acquisitions and related restructuring, financing (onshore and offshore), major lettings and management work. Ashia has also spent time working in-house with a large corporate client.
