The Uferhallen are a listed monument and center for cultural and art production in the Berlin-Wedding district comprising workspaces for around 150 artists in 80 studios, additional dance and rehearsal rooms, and a large hall.

Augustus is a Berlin-based real estate company that combines the areas of architecture, project management, investment management, asset management, leasing, and property management.
