Greenberg Traurig Mexico Represents Banorte in new Sustainability-linked Financing of USD $100 million for Fibra Macquarie

MEXICO CITY – July 3, 2023 – Attorneys from global law firm Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office represented Banorte as the lender in a new USD $100 million financing for Fibra Macquarie. The facility was used to prepay notes issued by Fibra Macquarie that were scheduled to mature on June 30.

The facility is unsecured and has a sustainable building certification objective with respect to FIBRA's properties.
