WARSAW – 24 April 2023 – Greenberg Traurig represented KI Chemistry, a company from the Kulczyk Investments group, in connection with a voluntary tender offer for the sale of shares in Ciech S.A.
The acquisition of shares under the tender offer is part of a long-term strategic financial investment by KI Chemistry. It is the KI Chemistry intention to continue to support Ciech in its current and planned business activities, to take steps to strengthen its market and financial position by way of establishing uniform and efficient corporate governance in processes related to the implementation of strategic decisions.
Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Rafał Sieński, Partner and co-head of the Capital Markets Practice.
