CHICAGO – March 10, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP announced the elevation of Kyle L. Flynn and Joseph R. Rudas to shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office.

Flynn, a member of the Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on a range of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis on the commodities and derivatives industries as well as blockchain, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, employment litigation, and consumer class action defense.
Rudas is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. He represents public and private institutions, national lenders, and real estate investment funds in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, joint venture formations, and leasing.
Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 80 attorneys to shareholder and of counsel. In addition, the firm reported more than $2.17 billion in revenue for FY 2022, an 8.6% increase over the year prior and the ninth consecutive year of record revenue.
