Grant Levine Named 2022 ‘Up & Comer’ by South Florida Business & Wealth

FORT LAUDERDALE – Nov. 9, 2022 Grant J. Levine, a Corporate Practice shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., received a 2022 “Up & Comer” award from South Florida Business & Wealth magazine.

The awards recognize young professionals “who have achieved excellence in their careers, shown a commitment to their community and demonstrated leadership,” according to the magazine’s website. Levine and the rest of this year’s cohort of “Up and Comers” were honored at an awards ceremony hosted by the magazine.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Levine focuses his practice on advising public companies on corporate and securities law matters, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance and corporate governance. Levine also advises public companies on a wide range of securities and corporate finance transactions, such as public and private debt and equity offerings, exchange and tender offers, and mergers and acquisitions.

He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, graduating first in his class, and his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. Committed to helping Greenberg Traurig develop its pipeline of legal talent, Levine is actively involved in the firm’s associate development programs.
