WHITE PLAINS, New York – Sept. 8, 2015 – Felicia N. Soler has joined the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Westchester County office as of counsel in its Franchise & Distribution Practice. Soler joins the firm from Kaufmann Gildin & Robbins LLP.
Soler advises emerging and mature companies with respect to planning, structuring, and implementing national and international franchise, distribution, and licensing programs. Soler routinely counsels clients regarding compliance programs, system-wide standards, and complex franchise relationship issues and disputes. She also has wide-ranging experience in mergers and acquisitions and sophisticated financing transactions, including securitizations of a franchisor’s royalty stream.

Soler earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was the executive research and comments editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
