NEW YORK (June 6, 2014) – Shareholder Diana S. C. Zeydel at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP was recognized with “Americas Women in Business Law” Award from Euromoney Legal Media Group. Zeydel, who heads the firm’s Trust & Estate Practice, won the “Best in Wealth Management” Award.
The “Americas Women in Business Law” Awards honor individual attorneys who are evaluated based on professional accomplishments, as well as advocacy and influence, within their respective field during the previous 12 months. The awards ceremony took place Thursday, June 5th at Essex House in New York City.

Zeydel - Zeydel is National Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Trusts & Estates Practice and is one of the highest ranked Trust & Estates attorneys in the Chambers and Partners’ 2014 USA Guide. Her work focuses on complex multi-generational estate, trust and charitable planning for high net worth individuals and families. She focuses on tax efficient wealth transfer strategies and business succession planning for U.S. and international families, with a particular focus on family governance and wealth preservation. Zeydel is a frequent lecturer and author and has spoken before the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the Real Property, Trust and Estate Section of the American Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Her articles have been published in the most widely circulated tax and estate planning journals in the country.
