Andreana of Pullman & Comley at the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL). Their presentation titled "Private Activity Bond Test: Fundamental Principles: Basic Issue Spotting" will review the basic principles of the private activity bond tests and provide an overview of private activity bond issues for tax and bond lawyers with less than seven years of experience in the field. Since 1979, NABL has educated its members through seminars and presentations in laws affecting local and state bonds.
