GT Atlanta Shareholder, John Elrod will be speaking at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop on Amelia Island on Friday, July 22nd from 9:15-10:30 AM ET. His panel titled "Restructuring Support Agreements: Creditor Support or Creditor Manipulation?" will discuss restructuring support agreements (RSAs) being used with increasing frequency by companies seeking to deleverage their balance sheets and sell assets, while providing an explanation of RSAs, discussing their pros and cons, and describe the approval process for court proceedings.
