Lusine Shahbazyan

Lusine Shahbazyan is an associate in the Corporate Law Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. Lusine’s practice involves a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and venture capital investments.

Lusine holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University. She also studied Philosophy of Law at Leiden University. Lusine is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
