Jacob Reiser focuses his practice on commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing, within the firm’s Real Estate Practice. He has robust experience representing landlords and tenants across the United States in a broad range of leasing arrangements, including office, restaurant, retail, industrial, medical office and outpatient facility, and experiential leases, sale and leaseback transactions, net and ground leases, as well as brokerage, license, sponsorship, and management agreements. Jacob also advises clients on the development, operation, and renovation of sports facilities within the firm’s Sports Business Industry Group.
