• a major UK asset management group on the acquisition, from an insurance group, of the units of a Real Estate AIF owning an office property and a hotel property located in Milan and on the simultaneous direct acquisition from a major French REIT of a third office property located in Milan.
• a fund managed by a first standing Italian asset management company in relation to the purchase of a mixed-use portfolio made up of assets located in the north of Italy.
• an Italian company (owned by a joint-venture between leading Italian and UK investors) in relation to the disposal of a property located in Florence to be converted into a student housing facility.
• a first standing Italian company in relation to the disposal of a real estate complex located in Milan.
• a German institutional investor in the negotiation of a lease agreement concerning an hostel property located in Venice.
