Karolina Kuźniak focuses her practice on real estate and land development. Karolina assists foreign and domestic investors providing advice on all legal aspects of real estate including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, forward founding transactions and real estate financing projects. She is also experienced handling lease agreements, corporate restructuring processes of real estate sector companies (including mergers and transformations), and day-to-day matters involving commercial, administrative and civil law matters.

The acquisition of Q22 was the largest investment transaction for an office building on the real estate market in Poland in 2016 and one of the largest transactions in the CEE region.
  • Advised CNIC Corporation Limited in connection with the acquisition of two logistics centers in Poland.
  • Advised Invesco Real Estate in connection with the forward funding of two logistics centers in Poland in cooperation with Panattoni Europe.°
  • Advised Hines Polska in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse portfolio.°
  • Represented Invesco Real Estate, the landlord, in connection with the signing of a lease agreement for retail space in the Plac Unii office and retail complex in Warsaw with Carrefour Polska.
  • Represented Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in connection with leasing of retail and office space in Astoria, Ethos, Nowy Targ and High5ive office buildings.
  • Represented Invesco Real Estate in connection with extension of a lease agreement with Deloitte for office space in Q22 office building in Warsaw.
  • Advised Ryanair Ltd. in connection with the leasing of aircraft hangars.°

  • Advised Ivona Software (an Amazon group company) in connection with the execution of an office and laboratory premises lease agreement.°

  • Represented Invesco Hotel Investments in connection with disposal of hotels in Gdańsk and Wrocław.
