  • Obtained summary judgment on a promissory note in an action brought on behalf of a corporate lender against a national entertainment magazine.
  • Obtained dismissal at pleading stage of a tort action brought by a customer against a foreign airline.
  • Represented publicly-traded company in securities class action arising out of a merger agreement.
  • Represented numerous brokers in National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) arbitrations in customer cases
