Greenberg Traurig Advises on US$350 Million Syndicated Credit Facility for Pulso Inmobiliario’s Hotel Refinancing

MEXICO CITYJan. 29, 2025 – Attorneys from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Mexico City served as legal advisors to Capstone Advisors, as structuring agent, Banco Nacional de México, S.A., as administrative and collateral agent, and a consortium of leading Mexican banks in connection with a syndicated credit facility worth up to US$350 million.

The loan was extended to a trust affiliated with Pulso Inmobiliario for the refinancing of existing debt tied to several prominent hotel properties in Mexico, including Breathless & Secrets Riviera Cancún, Dreams Riviera Cancún, Dreams Natura, and Secrets & Dreams Vallarta Bay.

This transaction highlights Greenberg Traurig’s continuing work in complex financial structuring and its commitment to supporting banks and real estate developers in the hospitality sector.
