Greenberg Traurig’s Howard K. Jeruchimowitz Joins Annual International Council of Shopping Centers Conference Planning Committee

CHICAGO – Nov. 6, 2024 – Howard K. Jeruchimowitz, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Litigation Practice in Chicago, was elected to join the planning committee for the annual International Council of Shopping Centers Conference. He joins fellow Shareholders Robert L. Crewdson and Neil Oberfeld, who serve as emeritus members. The conference provides retail real estate legal professionals with the opportunity to gain industry-specific knowledge and insights from leading authorities.

Jeruchimowitz is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on real estate, construction, and financial services litigation. He represents owners, developers, landlords, and tenants in landlord-tenant and shopping center disputes, mechanics liens, foreclosures, and construction disputes. He has a wide range of experience in trials in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediation. Jeruchimowitz has served on the board of editors for Shopping Center Law & Strategy, is a frequent speaker at the ICSC conference, and is a former co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Estate Litigation, Trust, and Condemnation Committee.
