Greenberg Traurig’s Bethani R. Oppenheimer Appointed as Secured Finance Foundation Board Chair

ATLANTA – Nov. 21, 2024 –Bethani R. Oppenheimer, shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Banking & Financial Services Practice, has been named the Secured Finance Foundation board chair for 2025. The Secured Finance Foundation promotes, supports, and facilitates education, innovation, and charitable initiatives to enhance organizations and professionals in the secured finance sector, as well as the communities they serve. As a separate entity from the Secured Finance Network, the Secured Finance Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that funds crucial initiatives benefiting secured lenders worldwide.

Oppenheimer focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of asset-based lending transactions, including loan syndications and participations, revolving and term loan facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements, and acquisition financings.
