Greenberg Traurig Represented Eastnine AB in the Acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E Office Building in Poznań

WARSAW – 11 June 2024 – Greenberg Traurig represented Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and service building in Poznań from Skanska.

The value of the transaction is approx. EUR 79 million. Nowy Rynek E (or Nowy Rynek Building G-H) has a gross leasable area of 28,800 sqm.

The Nowy Rynek complex is a multiphase project located in the heart of Poznań which combines buildings with office, retail and residential functionalities in one of the largest urban projects in the recent history of Poznań.

Greenberg Traurig also previously advised Eastnine AB on the acquisition of Nowy Rynek D office buildings from Skanska.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Olga Durawa, who was supported by Associates Paulina Walczewska and Maciej Smaczyński. Senior Associate Iga Czerniak and Associate Natalia Skomorowska were responsible for the financing aspects of the transaction.
