WARSAW – 29 January 2024 – Greenberg Traurig advised Merity Funds, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate Fund specialized in development projects, on the acquisition of a real estate property located in Gliwice. Advice on the transaction also included negotiating and signing an agreement with the developer - GLP Poland - for the development and management of the proposed multi-tenant logistics project.
The development will consist of two buildings with a total GLA of approx. 60,000 sqm on approx. 12 hectares of land.
