WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 27, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised ARIX Technologies, a robotic inspection and pipe corrosion analytics company, on its oversubscribed $10+ million Series A financing led by AlleyCorp and Benson Capital Partners.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Washington, D.C. Corporate Associates Christopher T. Turek and Nicolas H. Sabet with assistance from New York Shareholder Jonathan R. Cyprys.
ARIX is a robotic inspection service and data analytics software company that helps industrial facilities, such as petrochemical plants and electric utilities prevent costly shutdowns and environmental disasters due to pipe corrosion. The robotic pipe-crawling devices that ARIX develops and builds in-house deliver non-destructive testing results that are integrated with ARIX’s own AI-based analytics platform, helping customers with their risk-based inspection programs.
“Chris, Nic, and the rest of the Greenberg Traurig team were tremendously helpful in guiding us through this exciting financing milestone,” ARIX Founder and CEO Dianna Liu said. “This is our third financing round with Greenberg Traurig, and we love that we can always turn to them for their experience in venture financing, commercial matters, and IP to efficiently get the deal done.”
Greenberg Traurig’s multidisciplinary Venture Capital & Emerging Technology team focuses on guiding early stage and emerging technology companies and their investors through all the stages of development, from initial business formation through angel or venture capital financing to initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
