MILAN – 7 October 2021 – Real Term Logistics, an international real estate operator, has acquired 100% of Melzo Logistic S.r.l. Melzo owns a transshipment plant of more than 29,000 square meters, with 80 loading bays, on approximately 144,000 square meters, in Milan.
