Greenberg Traurig Shareholders David I. Miller and Tracy S. Combs will be speaking at the Insider Trading Law 2024 seminar hosted by the Practising Law Insitute.
Miller is the chair of the seminar, will lead the "What Is Insider Trading Law, Recent Enforcement Focus, and Application to New Technology and Industries" and the "Enforcement Priorities: Now and the Future" panels, and will speak on the "Advising Clients with Insider Trading Issues" panel.
