The 2024 Intellectual Property & Social Justice CLE Seminar will be held in-person and virtually on Friday, March 1. The program's goal is to educate minority legal professionals on the issues and opportunities in the tech industry in an effort to help infuse the legal workforce with a diverse pipeline to ensure fair, transparent, and accountable development of AI as a service and other new technology that empowers everyone. Session topics aim to advance social justice with sessions that highlight social justice concerns in emerging Intellectual Property and technology issues. Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian Ballon, co-chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will present the session, "Key Highlights of 2023: Patent, Trademark, and Copyright."
