He primarily focuses his practice on the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans to finance the acquisition and development of office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects throughout the United States, including bridge, construction, and permanent financing. Aban also has experience representing clients in connection with the restructuring of distressed assets, including loan workouts, forbearance agreements, and note sales.
