Gerald P. Lance has more than 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate, land development and real estate finance. He focuses his practice on commercial leasing (retail, office, and industrial), construction lending, long-term institutional financing and related restructurings, commercial land and income-producing property sales, construction contracts, and real estate development. Jerry has coordinated the real estate portions of many major multi-state acquisitions and financings.
In addition to his private practice, Jerry was formerly senior counsel for a large multi-state land development company where he focused on residential land development for master-planned communities, including golf course operations.
