Margaret Kim Heitjan is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on corporate governance matters, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, real estate joint ventures, and corporate finance. Margaret advises clients across a variety of industries, including software and technology, health care, manufacturing, esports, and real estate. She has experience assisting clients with entity formation, corporate governance, general commercial transactions, and complex joint venture agreements.
