Julissa Esquivel, bilingual in English and Spanish, focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. She has experience managing workplace issues such as discrimination and retaliation claims, and drafting employment agreements, company handbooks, and company policies. She also has experience navigating companies’ disputes over non-compete agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and other breach of contract claims. As a certified mediator, Julissa also has a deep background in conflict resolution, where she has facilitated conflict resolutions across a spectrum of disputes.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Julissa served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Rolando Olvera, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
