Sue Chang focuses her practice on real estate business and finance transactions, including the acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate assets. She advises on commercial credit, on-book, and securitized commercial loans, as well as construction finance and bridge lending. Sue works on virtually all aspects of lending transactions including conduit, portfolio, and repo financing in a multitude of asset classes, including retail, office, MHC, self-storage, condominiums, and ground leases. Her practice also includes loan servicing, the workout and resolution of distressed debt, and the exercise of creditor remedies.
