Sarah is a trial-experienced associate in the ligation group of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Sarah focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, corporate governance matters, complex business disputes, antitrust, and product liability defense.
Sarah has experience litigating in both state and federal courts and is well versed in the practices and local rules of complex litigation in the state and federal courts in New York. Sarah has also participated in both domestic and international alternative dispute resolution, including AAA-ICDR arbitration and mediation.
Sarah has litigated for clients involved in a wide range of industries, including the pharmaceutical/medical device, consumer products, real estate, financial services, and energy sectors. She is experienced in virtually all phases of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations and investigations, pretrial motion practice and pleadings, fact and expert discovery, trials, and appeals. She has handled complex discovery matters, including taking and defending principal depositions, and participated in preparing witnesses for deposition and trial.
