WARSAW – 4 December 2023 – Greenberg Traurig represented Polsat Plus Group in connection with the financing of the construction of the wind farm in Człuchów (Pomorskie Province). The financing in the total amount of PLN 800 million (EUR 183.46 million) has been granted by a consortium of Polish financial institutions comprised of: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, mBank S.A. and Santander Bank Polska as lenders and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. as lender, facility agent and security agent.
The wind farm, located in the Człuchów municipality, consists of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of 72.6 MW. Greenberg Traurig also advised the client on the acquisition of this wind farm project in 2022.
