WARSAW – 12 December 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised Abris Capital Partners, the ESG transformation specialist private equity investor and B Corp, in connection with signing a preliminary agreement regarding the sale of Velvet CARE, Poland’s leading manufacturer of paper-based personal care products, to Partners Group, a global private markets firm. The transaction is subject to European Commission regulatory approval.
The transaction is led by Partner Rafał Baranowski and Local Partner Maciej Pietrzak from the M&A Practice. The core team also includes: Local Partner Filip Kijowski, Senior Associate Tomasz Denko and Associate Michał Kuratowski.
Greenberg Traurig previously advised Abris Capital Partners on the acquisition of Velvet CARE in 2018. This transaction was also led by Rafał Baranowski who was supported by Filip Kijowski and Tomasz Denko.
