Greenberg Traurig advises NREP/Logicenters on joint venture for logistics project development

Greenberg Traurig advises NREP/Logicenters on the formation of a joint venture with a German family office to develop a sustainable logistics portfolio in Germany. The initial project involves the development of a modern, environmentally friendly logistics warehouse with 18,500 square meters on a total of 28,000 square meters of land in Mannheim. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025. 

Logicenters is part of the NREP platform and a provider of logistics solutions in Europe that intends to further strengthen its presence in the German market through the joint venture. German investment and asset manager evolutiq and Logicenters will act as development and asset managers for the joint venture partners. The project in Mannheim is being developed in line with the joint venture's sustainability goals and is still seeking a tenant.

Greenberg Traurig attorneys provided comprehensive advice to NREP and Logicenters on all legal aspects of the project including the joint venture agreement, service agreements, and agreements on future investments.
