Greenberg Traurig Atlanta Adds Of Counsel C. Logan Anderson

ATLANTA – June 26, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP expands its corporate capabilities with the addition of C. Logan Anderson as of counsel in the firm’s Atlanta office. Anderson will be working across an array of groups including Energy Project Finance & Development, Latin America, and Retail.

Anderson joins from InComm Payments, a large, privately held financial technology business with operations in over 30 countries, where he served as vice president and head of international legal. He has experience assisting clients with a wide variety of complex commercial arrangements and transactions involving structured financing and cross-border elements with a focus on the renewable energy, retail, financial services, and transportation sectors. Anderson also has extensive experience advising clients in these sectors to expand their business footprint across borders.

Anderson’s core skillset in complex financing and commercial transactions will support the firm’s industry leading renewable energy practice. Additionally, his in-house experience managing a large pipeline of commercial agreements and cross-border business expansion is valuable to clients navigating an increasingly global and complex commercial environment.

Anderson has lived and worked in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; he is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York. Anderson earned his A.B. in Near Eastern Studies with a minor in Portuguese language and culture from Princeton University and his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School.
