Julie Sullivan to Present at AHLA Virtual Medicare and Medicaid Institute

Denver– March 19, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Health Care & FDA Practice  Shareholder Julie Sullivan will be presenting at the American Health Law Association Virtual Medicare and Medicaid Institute on March 24.

Sullivan’s presentation, Who CARES how you spent CARES Act funds? The OIG: Be Prepared for CARES Act Audits will review the ground rules for the various Provider Relief Act funding distributions, and discuss what auditors may expect to see from various providers in order to determine that the providers complied with the terms and conditions for reporting and expending PRF funds.
