Greenberg Traurig advised GARBE Industrial Real Estate on the purchase of four logistics properties in Germany and Austria for its fund "Logistikimmobilien Fonds Plus (GLIF+)". The seller is UBS Real Estate. The parties agreed to not disclose the purchase price.
Three of the properties are in the German cities of Hof, Grammetal-Nohra, and Münster. The fourth property is in Vienna (Austria). The portfolio comprises a total lettable area of 123,000 square meters and is almost fully let.
