Chester has been centrally involved in the development of the equity, debt, and capital markets for renewable energy projects and represents developers, sponsors, lenders, and investors in a wide variety of energy finance transactions. He has been recognized in the Chambers USA Guide since 2008.
Lawrence is experienced appearing before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and multiple state utility commissions regarding regulatory proceedings, compliance and enforcement, capacity and energy market structure, transactions and negotiations, asset transfers, and governmental affairs. Minesinger is co-chair of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources Practice. She focuses her practice on the representation of national and international corporations that own and operate electric generating facilities and engage in financial transactions trading electricity products.
