2022 ABA-IPT Virtual Advanced State Income Tax Seminar

San Francisco co-managing shareholder Brad Marsh will be speaking at the 2022 ABA - IPT Virtual Advanced State Income Tax Seminar on March 17, 2022. The program titled, "Hot Topics in the Sales Comparison Approach" will discuss current issues in the Sales Comparison Approach, including physical features and factors which constitute a sufficiently comparable property; factors which disqualify a sale transaction from constituting an indication of taxable market value, including portfolio sales, and IRC 1031 rollover transactions; sales leasebacks, bankruptcy, assemblages and how to properly estimate a market derived cap rate.
