Jéan E. Wilson is Managing Shareholder of the Orlando office and Chair of the firm's Orlando and Atlanta Public Finance and Infrastructure Practices. Jéan is an infrastructure finance attorney with a focus on disclosure and municipal securities issues, economic development, and public-private infrastructure projects. Jéan has broad experience as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters' counsel, bank counsel, trustee's counsel, borrower's counsel and purchasers' counsel in various types of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including housing, transportation, public utilities, general obligation, sales tax, revenue and tourist development tax issues, as well as tax increment, industrial development and downtown redevelopment financings.

- Served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel or issuer's counsel on bond issues for various entities, including: City of Atlanta, City of Jacksonville, City of Orlando, City of Memphis, Atlanta Development Authority (Invest Atlanta), Canaveral Port Authority, Miami-Dade County, Orange County, Broward County, Orlando Utilities Commission, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Orange County Industrial Development Authority, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority, Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Orange County Housing Finance Authority, Orlando Housing Authority and the Tampa Housing Authority.
- Acted as lead disclosure counsel in connection with the issuance of over $6 billion of airport revenue bonds for the City of Atlanta issued to finance and refinance the massive capital improvement program at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
- Acted as lead disclosure counsel in connection with a $1 billion transaction for the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority.
- Acted as lead disclosure counsel in connection with a $369 million City of Atlanta general obligation transaction which the City designated as "Social Bonds."
- Acted as independent transaction counsel to the City of St. Louis in evaluating and analyzing P3 proposals for the St. Louis Lambert International Airport and reviewing and providing advice with respect to developing the transaction documents, including any proposed lease agreement for the airport, airline use agreements with the airlines operating at the airport, and airport operating standards.
