- Obtained full defense verdict in federal jury trial in an FMLA discrimination and retaliation case on behalf of one of the largest non-for-profit healthcare systems in the United States.
- Obtained dismissal in multi-plaintiff race discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation case, which was affirmed by the Fifth Circuit on appeal.
- Obtained summary judgment for the world’s largest online retailer in disability discrimination and retaliation case.
- Obtained Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal in race discrimination and retaliation case for academic institution, which was affirmed by the Fifth Circuit on appeal.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of physician practice management company in a race discrimination, harassment, and retaliation case.
- Obtained summary judgment in state court in Houston, Texas on breach of contract and promissory estoppel claims.
- Obtained several rulings and dismissals of Charges of Discrimination filed with the EEOC and TWC against numerous employers.
- Provided employment related training to managers, human resources personnel, employees, and other representatives regarding premises liability, claims handling, consumer protection, and general liability, etc.
- Negotiated settlements on behalf of numerous clients in matters involving personal injury, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of employment contracts, age, gender, national origin, disability, and other forms of discrimination/harassment/retaliation, etc.
