Jeremy Wallace is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Dallas office, representing corporations, closely held entities, and sophisticated individuals in complex business disputes. Jeremy has successfully represented clients in myriad matters, including commercial, trust, estate, fiduciary, and government disputes. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in claims for breach of contract, tortious interference, shareholder disputes and derivative actions, trademark infringement, personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, defamation, negligence, employment disputes, and deceptive trade practices.

  • Filed suit on behalf of music and entertainment venue client for claims of trademark infringement, false designation, fraudulent registration and unfair competition; negotiated settlement and secured client’s intellectual property.
  • Represented national insurance broker defendant in multi-party mediation, secured take nothing award in favor of client.°
  • Represented national trucking logistics provider in dispute alleging breach of contract and deceptive trade practices, negotiated and secured settlement payment to client in excess of client expectations.°
  • Served as lead counsel for commercial and residential construction developer in breach of contract dispute, negotiated settlement.°
  • Represented corporate client and individually named employees in defending against claims of trade secret misappropriation, obtained summary judgment on behalf of clients on all claims.°
