Ashelin Myus is an attorney in the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. She practices corporate and transactional law, advising both private and public companies as well as private equity firms on domestic and cross-border matters. Her practice focuses on a range of complex transactions, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance, guiding clients across diverse industries and sectors.
Ashelin earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with an area of focus in Transactional Law and Business Compliance. She also holds a Master of International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business.
Prior to her legal career, Ashelin advised a wide variety of businesses on expansion strategies. Her work included leveraging international trade, raising capital, securing government grants, and improving business operations.
